Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

At Thrithaara, we understand that circumstances can change after placing an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellation Window

You may request an order cancellation before your order has been dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method.

Once your order has been packed and handed to Australia Post, we are unable to cancel or intercept the shipment. In this case, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy once the parcel arrives.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it:

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation. We process cancellation requests during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm AEST) and aim to respond within 1–2 business hours for urgent requests.

Cancellation by Thrithaara

Thrithaara reserves the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or no longer available
  • The order contains a pricing error
  • The order cannot be verified or is suspected to be fraudulent
  • Payment cannot be confirmed

In any of these cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Afterpay orders, your instalment plan will be cancelled and any payments already made will be refunded.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your consumer rights have not been met, you may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or your state consumer protection agency.
